We typically process orders within 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability and warehouse workload.

Shipping Rates

✔ Free Shipping: Orders over $39
✔ Flat Rate: Orders under $39 will be charged $8.99

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Non-returnable items: underwear, accessories, clearance products, personalized T-shirts, logo gifts, and freebies.
2. Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery, only if items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
3. Returns without customer service authorization will not be processed. Please contact support to obtain a return label.
4. Approved returns will receive either a return label or a store credit gift card equivalent to the order value.
5. If you wish to avoid returning the item, we’re happy to issue a gift card of equal value for future purchases. Gift cards are non-refundable once used.
